"FINE KAMON!" Shinji hissed, from his 'seat', he made a sharp glare at Kizuna and Mako on the ground. "I KNOW HOW YOU WORK! IF YOU WON'T COME OUT FOR YOURSELF, I'D BET YOU WOULD FOR THESE TWO MAGGOTS!"


Des-Airdramon hovered over the two kids, charging energy in his jaws.



The two elves gasped, huddling each other. They weren't the ones target, but it was shocking to watch.

Her eyes widened as she looked up to see what the monster was planning to do... "M-Makoto!! RUN!!!"

Gawking at that, Makoto was just about terrified. "...y-you too, Kizuna!!!" Quickly, Makoto grabbed Kizuna's hand and desperately tried getting her away from the blast that DesAirdramon was charging.

Dammit!!

"Alright, fine!!" he shouted, trying to climb up the slope, but it was pretty slippery. "Just don't hurt my friends!!" He already made them suffer once. He doesn't want that again.


Meanwhile, the strange bladed shoe gave a slight glow...

Which caught Bun's attention. "Ar?"

By the snap of his master's fingers, the beam died off and Des-Airdramon turned to the slope.


Shinji stood on the head, chuckling. "You little commoners tend to have something in common, when you have no money or any values in life, you seek the company of others. Wither it be friends or family." Shinji snorted, "Despite what pain and suffering you might go through, you try you best to make them happy and safe. Tell you what Kamon, since I pity such a life you have and a 'reward' for the tournament, I won't absorb your little mutt's data, I'll just squash it. No way am I going have such a glitch be part of my pet!"


The monster dragon only growled, snapping its jaws.

Gritting, he couldn't help but respond to that jerkish speech. "Pity?! Man, I'd pity you if you weren't such a a-hole!! Being evil probably fills that lonely void in ya, huh? I bet you even your imaginary friends hated you."

Yeah, get him mad. He'll just get him to chase him so he can get him far away from his friends. Anything than let them suffer, again.


And suddenly, a massive blast of electricity exploded, high, out of the crater. At the same time, Ken's Digivice beeped wild, unleashing a a great glow.

"Huh?!"


"BUNOMON ARMOR DIGIVOLVE!!"

When the towering energy exploded, a large armored canine leaped out, landing in front of Kentarou.

"The Storm of Friendship!! RAIDRAMON!!!"

Seeing Bun, not only in a new form, but... "Did...you just talked...!?"

Coming to a halt as that suddenly happened, Makoto gawked. "...what." he uttered with wide eyes.

"B-B-Buno...?! H-He..." She gawked. "...Digivolved?!?"

"The mutt... digivolved?" Shinji gawked, riding on Des-Airdramon, who made no emotion but flinch at the bright light.




"Armor... digivolve?"


"I thought that went out of style like disco!"



After a few moments, Shinji's face returned to that arrogant persona again. "Now this might be more of a fight. Even with such a power-up, you can't beat me this time. Prepare to have your digimon be data-dust in the wind. DES-AIRDRAMON!"

The great dragon just stood there, allowing the energy bolt crash, harmlessly, on his armor.

"Whoa!!" he awed.


Springing high, lightening slammed onto his bladed horn, carrying that energy with him. "THUNDER BLAST!!!" And he hurled the electricity at the mutant.

Thunder Blast: Adds 7 to Mental this turn. Cannot be used after 2 turns.

Just narrowly avoided that blast, it took off some scales from the sky-dragon.


Shinji panted, seeing how close he was to being zapped with his digimon. "Des-Airdramon, no time for playing. Get that dragon-mutt!"


"Death Arrow!" Once again, the dragon mutant tried to atatck Raidramon with energy arrows.

Speeding under the shot, Raidramon charged around the dragon beast. The four-legged dragon swung his head around, mostly swinging up his blade, "THUNDER BLADE!!!" Tossing two electric arc blasts.

"GAAAHH!!!" Des-Airdramon cried as he was struck by one of the electrical blade.


As the electricity coursed through the mutant, it flowed up Shinji, shocking him briefly.


On instinct, its body began to change. The scales turn into leather and became black, the snake-like body became humanoid in shape. The wings stayed, but arms burst from the torso while the tail split into skull adorned boot wearing legs.

Des-Devimon, not much different in appearance to a regular Devimon, only with a much large face and jaw, raised an arm, gathering in dark energy and punch at Raidramon. "Death Knuckle!"

Just seeing the power his new Digimon possessed, Ken was highly confident he can beat Desmon with ease. "Aw come on, pal. You only just made your freaky Petmon a easier target."


And suddenly, loud buzzing alarms roared all across the town.
