* Holy Air (Saint Air): Creates a ring of energy force that paralyzes her enemies and restores her allies, who can then lend their power to her.

Human or Digimon, she will try to make an effort to get to know new people.

Born and raised on the Gaia Continent, Riza had grown watching DigiCity build and expand around her. Though she originally aspired to do good, her mother's influence resulted in her ending up in the wrong crowd, but her friends, concerned about her, managed to straighten her out, and she has never forgiven her mother, who she would rather not name, for steering her on the wrong path. Joining DigiCity's police force, she managed to become an Inspector, evolving to her current form through dettermination and hard work.
Now she's effectively the go-to-girl when DATS and/or the Digidestined need to talk to someone on the DCPD, and it is rumored that she might even be a candidate for joining DigiPol...
