"Oh, what do you know... all you needed was a news show for information. Guess you don't needed me... r-right?" emiDevimon nervously laughed, backing away from Cyberdramon.

"It must have been because of the digi-egg." Celia brought up a hologram that presented a scrolling screen of several oval shape objects of different designs and symbols. One of them included the egg Ken found. "They were used in ancient times for digimon who had hard time digivolving. It brought out a special form called Armor."


"Which also has the advantage of by-passing this digivolution block that's everywhere right now."

"...you just stay put; wouldn't want you to influence anyone else." Ryo hummed, as his gaze happened to fall on the boy again.



Cyberdramon simply scoffed at DemiDevimon.

Kunemon simply shook her head at Kizuna's retort; clearly not affected at all.



"...Armor Digivolution...?" Makoto hummed, as he looked at the holographic screen Celia was showing them. "...curious... if there's more eggs out there, you think they could be used by the rest of us too if we found them?"

"Armour, huh...?" She looked at Bun, rubbing her chin. "...well, Digimon who had a hard time Digivolving fits Buns pretty well..."



"I never thought I would actually see a Digimon unable to Digivolve at all!" He said.



"...Ken, just where did you get that Digiegg from anyway?" She asked.

"Not now!" he growled, holding his head. "You're all talking too loud."

"Please; it's not like you're havin' a hangover." Kunemon noted dryly.



He sighed. Why do I get the feeling that no training in the world is going to get her to stop being so... brutally sardonic?



She glanced to the two smaller beings again. "...so, if there are these eggs floatin' around, how many are there and where can they be found? Do you know that?"

Growling, Cyberdramon looked back at the TV screen. "...Ryo." he snarled.



Without looking back at it, Ryo nodded. "...yeah... I know. He's up to no good..." He shrugged. "...guess we know where we're headed. Shame we can't do much to help here..."

"Ugh..." She shook her head as she walked back over to Gazimon. "I just like to know who that guy was on that Airdramon..."



"What does he look like...?"

Rubbing his head, "What's going on? Who are these guys?"

Bathed in blue hue, he shrunk back to Bun. The blue energy shot into Ken's Digivice.

"For starters... this is my new Digimon partner, Gazimon..."



"Hi!" He said, waving.

He never been to Folder, but that name was eerie family to him, especially the mention of a demon lord. Throwing down his fork, he stood up from the booth and walked to the front door, jerking a thumb to DemiDevimon as he left. "He's paying."


"WHAT?!"

"Hmm." The girl hummed as she eyed the screen, "To unlock the digi-egg's power, one must present its train as hinted by the symbol each one contained. Nine of them are basic, the normal ones."

Nodding to Ken, Makoto motioned at his own partner. "...and this is my new partner, Kunemon."



"Don't wear it out, kid." Kunemon noted, before she looked back at the two Digi-Elves. "...so there's a difference between basic and extraordinary eggs?"

Seeing him leave, Ryo narrowed his eyes a touch, before he stood up. "...we're leaving, too." he told Cyberdramon, as he began heading for the exit as well; his thoughts focused on that boy. ...let's find out more about him...



With a snarl at DemiDevimon, Cyberdramon followed Ryo.

@veggiemon@ "Hey!!" he barked, poking out of the kitchen door, "Your food...god dammit..."

"Egg...?" Looking at his D3, a pixelated image of the Digi-Egg of Friendship displayed.

"That egg, Ken, is how Buns was able to Digivolve!" She said with a smile. "Armour Digivolve!"



"And we're about to find out the difference of power of those eggs!"

"You kidding?!" he asked with a wide grin, looking at his Digivice. "Oh man! This just solve my problem, and my ticket to the World Digi-Battle Tournament!!"

"Information is vague, but it seems so. For one thing, the nine basic Digi-Eggs are all connected with a known crest."


"Uh? I thought there was only 8 crest?"


She takes out a little window, "Nope, there's a ninth out there that wasn't with the original eight Digidestined... there's also a possibility the other Digi-Eggs have crest too, but that's moot right now. The other digi-eggs are split into different camps, so to speak. Two of them are very sacred, holding golden powers that are very heavenly, while the others... are the opposite. Evil and demonic, best left to be hidden. They are the most cryptic, I can't even get an image of what some might look like except for one."



Walking out of the diner, Neo thought to himself. Namely on how to get to a whole other continent.



Inside, DemiDevimon tried to sneak away before he could get caught with a giant bill by himself.

"...right; let's stick to the basics, then." Kunemon hummed dryly. "Can ya tell us where we can find any of them?"



Makoto glanced dryly back at Ken. "...I'm... not entirely sure if Armor Digivolution's going to be validated for use at the tournament..."

As he followed Neo out, Ryo hummed, before clearing his throat. "...planning on going to Folder?"



Cyberdramon simply followed Ryo silently.
