"R-r-right!" The bat stuttered, wearing a bandanna as he flapped in the air, trying his best to clean the dishes with his feet. Your face is always in that shell, how would you see your reflection? As he did this, somehow he felt this situation was... ironic.

I'll get that brat! What nerve he has to push a lady into the lake! Celia cursed, swimming through the water. Thanks to her tech, she has a flashlight to search around. He vision laid on an oval shape at the bottom of the ocean, too much design to be a rock. Paddling to it, she touched it and tried to lift it but... it wouldn't budge from the ground at all.

It took little time for the two to enter the diner and find a seat by Ken.



"Alright; so what's on the menu here?"

It wasn't long until they came in and found the others...



"We haven't eaten anything all day... I guess now's a good time?"



"As long as the prices ain't too high..." He admits.

"It....kinda is..." he said, not sure how to judge the expensive price on the menu.

"Oh, come on, Ken..." She said, taking a spare menu. "It can't be that baaaaaaaaaa...........AAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!"



"Urk!!"



"You've got me be kidding me!!!" She said, eyes wide at the prices. "That much for even a simple drink?!?"

"...I'm not even sure if we carry that kind of amount with us!" Makoto gawked.



"Knowin' you kids these days, it'd take four months of allowance just to afford the salad." Kunemon remarked dryly.

"Because of labor laws....unless you're in China."

"Geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez..." His eyes was buldging as he was looking at the menu. "Why the high prices?!"



"Uh... how about... we just try... something... simple...?" She nervously asked.



"Like what...?"



"...I dunno... just having a slice of bread...?"



"Is that cheap...?"



"Of course! No one would charge a lot of money for just a slice of breaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.........." She trailed off as she looked at the menu. "...............................I stand corrected."

"...I'm surprised he even has customers with prices like that."



"Hey, between the overprized restaurant and the mushrooms that give ya amnesia, which would be the more convenient way of getting some grub in this area?" Kunemon remarked.



"...there are mushrooms that induce amnesia?" Makoto blinked.

Speaking of whom, the large egg waddled to their table. "So youse ready to order?"

"How can we with these outrageous prices?!" he barked, slapping down the menu.

"Hey, business is hurtin, dhanks to dhat Emperor brat turning my customers into brainless zombies."

"...him, huh...?" Makoto remarked; recalling the boy leading the army of Tankmons during their confrontation with Shin.



"...unless it's crumbs, what's the cheapest item ya got in stock, Eggy?" Kunemon huffed, as she looked at the waddling egg.

"Emperor...? Brainless zombies...?" She blinks.



He took out the Afternoon Digital Gazette and read it. "The Digital World is under attack by a human calling himself the Digimon Emperor. This mysterious human are using black spires to emit collars that turn Digimon that it catches into it's loyal servants. Digipol and DATS members are unable to hold off these terrible events as these towers not only prevent them from entering and exiting the Digital World, but also preventing Digivolve from happening... Stay tuned for more details after I escape the ring before it gets gak."

"I think it got them..." He said, putting the paper away.



She sweatdropped... thinking about it...



That strange boy riding on the Airdramon, ordering the Tankmon to attack them while fighting Shin and his Desmon... that was the Digimon Emperor?!

And that area they were in was... it had a tower... that must be what the paper mentioned...

And Digivolve...? Did it mean every Digivolve? Maybe... they weren't aware...



...of Armour Digivolve... if it effected every Digivolution, then Buns wouldn't become that...



That would mean... in order to survive... we need the other Digieggs so Buns won't fight on his own... She thought to herself.



"In any case, we cannot pay for stuff that's so expensive..." He said. "Uh... can you give us the benefit of the doubt or something...?"

Pirow, sitting at the booth hummed to himself, unaware of the kid's conversation or the high prices. While, he did notice the prices, but it seemed not to bother him. Looking up at the egg digimon, he waved a gold card. "Hey, you accept debit? I'm thinking of a banana split ice cream!"



As Neo begins to leave with Ryo,


He walked past the digi-elf girl, soaked from head to toe and covered in water plants. They eyed each other for a moment, Neo giving her a piercing glare to tell her to mind her own business. IT gave her chills and she looked forward and continued to the diner. That guy seemed... weird. Not just for the way he acts, he seems... off. And his company... Cyberdramon are a powerful digimon, and the boy was....HOLY, WAS THAT RYO?!
She looked back, only to see the three gone.

"Why yes we do!" He beamed at the elf, ignoring the bug.

With a sigh, Makoto folded his arms and rested his head on the table. "Hrm... so now what's the plan?" he asked both Ken and Kizuna.
