 "Ugh... Men..." Lilithmon grumbled, annoyed at being completely ignored. So she decided to try and changed the subject. One of my informants recorded this in New York City, while trying to track one of those 'special item programs' that I've been most curious about recently..." She formed another hologram, showing multiple photographs and video footage...      @alraumon@ Showing a group of DATS operatives in New York City. The young man with the brown hair was trying to retrieve what looked like a piece of the GeoGrey Sword, but it was constrained by chains covered in static that disappeared into thin air after a few meters... Which he broke, with enough effort, causing bizzare footage distortions right after that. "Now, gentlemen, perhaps either of you would have some idea of what those chains are, hmm? If they are what I think they are... This could be both an opportunity and bad news for us. Something that can go beyond miracles." |

Beat. FACEPALM. "Ugh! You're both missing the point by a mile! Honestly! The boy and his partner are not so important - I'll deal with them myself. But the chains are! Have you forgotten about the Moirai? Honestly. I thought the legend of the Fates, the three Digimon who weave the threads of fate, was just that - a legend. But it seems those threads have become chains... And someone has figured out how to manipulate them, otherwise that handle wouldn't have been physically constrained by them. Meaning that we ourselves could manipulate fate itself, if we were to figure out the secrets of the chains. However... The fact that they can be broken as well is also troubling, but once I'm done with the only person known to be capable of doing so, that won't be an issue for us any longer." She looked at the screens, noting, "This is mainly a theory of mine, of course, but these chains seem consistent with the legends of the Moirai, and even if they are something else entirely, the fact that breaking them results in everyone in the vicinity receiving 'visions' is something worth investigating in its own right, I'd wager... I have a feeling neither of you would be interested, though." |

With a cold scoff, Leviamon shook his head. "...who knows, Daemon? You may not have a choice soon..." he mused, before he turned away. "...for now, I shall return to slumber. You may resume your espionage, Lilithmon." With that, he faded away as he returned to the darkness. |
