The scene in question was the pair watching Sam and Aaren fight a Sealsdramon...


"Ah, yes, those two... They ended up under Marcus and Agumon's tutelage just yesterday..."

She watched, and noted... "Doesn't the Dinohyumon's fighting style seem a bit... Familiar, to you?"

"Yep... he's an old-fashioned Digimon... a naive newcomer who has no bloody clue about Digivolution and Levels... but, his ways of a warrior is crap..."

He grinned. "...which is why I want to lure him and Marcus Damon into a battle... against me!"

[Candescence]

"That's not what I meant, but if you want to go fighting both Marcus and Dynasmon at the same time, I suppose that's your choice, then."

[Ninetalesuk]

".........what." He blinked.

[Candescence]

She smirked, "I'm not entirely certain, but I do highly suspect that that Dinohyumon is the reincarnation of Dynasmon... Or partial reincarnation, seeing as how he was born before the mess five years ago, I suspect Yggdrasil integrated Dynasmon's data into him. I'm always on the lookout in case Yggdrasil thought he could try reviving his Knights again... And it seems he's finally learned the art of subtlety. This 'Aaren' uses Dynasmon's form and stances. It's subtle, but it's there if you look closely."

[Ninetalesuk]

"....right. I suspect he won't evolve as him. I've checked DMA... None of the Dinhyumon's Ultimates can become Dynasmon." He sighed, rubbing his forehead. "What I mean is... I want to fight them now... to give them a message..."

[Candescence]

"Wikimon says otherwise. According to that, Dinohumon can evolve to Knightmon, which can also evolve to Dynasmon. Either way... What message? I assume it's about Belphemon?"

[Ninetalesuk]

"DMA is much, much better!!" He nodded. "Correct... I'd like to show them no to underestimate the Demon Lords... despite beating my creation..."

Then she saw the aftermath of the fight. "Oh, my. It's happening again... So it's not just a one-off accident after all..."

"Should be a one-off because I sense it's a pointless subplot...." He stood up. "Well, looks like they want a thirst for more battles... Lilithmon, send them into another world... I'll be waiting there to fight them!"

[Candescence]

"Fine... If you so insist... I would advise caution against them, however," Lilithmon murmured. If you get your ass kicked, don't say I didn't warn you.

She then disappeared back into the shadows...

"Datamon, I shall return once I'm done some sparring..." He laughed as he vanished.

Well, turns out that didn't go remotely as expected...


"As surprising and entertaining as that sudden twist was..."


She emerged from the darkness, very annoyed. "Unbelievable! Leviamon actually let Marcus and Agumon, as well as the possible reincarnation of Dynasmon, get away! Granted, that whole 'copy' thing was way too godmoddy for my player's tastes, in hindsight... Sleep deprivation isn't good for the brain, I'm surprised he's not nodding off after an all-nighter."
