DATS Japan: Portable Troubles

Suddenly, the consoles would pick up some kind of transmission, and the screens went static...


"Hmm...? What the...?"


"All DATS personnel, may I have your attention, please?" Spoke a female voice...

"Who is that?"

[YolkaEd]

"...trouble...?"



"...probably trouble." Kunemon hissed.



Both of them glanced around whilst narrowing their eyes.

"Uh..." She held Gazimon close...



"Oh boy..."



"...."



She came in. "What's going on?! Everything is going crazy..."



He stepped in with Kudamon on his shoulder. "......."

[Candescence]

"Ohohohohoho... I suppose you could say that it is trouble for you..."

The static faded... To reveal a face.


"Hello to all of you dears."


His eyes narrowed. "Hmm... Lilithmon, the Demon Lord of Lust. So Daemon wasn't the only Demon Lord to come out of hiding."


"And we're not the only ones, either... As you're about to see here."

Multiple screens changed to show a dark, foreboding arena...


With these four there, speaking to a hidden voice in the darkness...


"You're all just in time to witness a show!"

Rather curious about the scantly clad Digimon, Izzy slotted his Digivice onto his laptop to activate his Digimon Anyalizer.

Snarling, Bun stood on his fours. "Ruff ruff!!"

Suddenly, before they would know it, a dark void opened and spat out Marcus, Sam and their (devolved) Digimon.

[Candescence]

"... WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!" Lilithmon was aghast, completely bewildered by this interference.


"How the hell should we know?!" They snapped back, as they got up.


Seething, she immediately snapped, "Don't think this is the last you've seen of us..." Then the transmission went dead.

".....what." Yes...this again.

"...oh no... not this again..." He groaned.



"Lilithmon, Leviamon and Barbamon..." He hissed.



He walked over to Marcus, arms crossed. "OK... Give us as much explanation as you can before you can leave, Marcus..."

"...well. That was a fat load of nothing." Kunemon remarked. "Whoever thought of this should feel really stupid now."



"...so... moving on?"

[Candescence]

He sighed, rubbing his temples. "Where do I begin...? Well, Agumon, Sam, Aaren and I had just dealt with a Digimon that had appeared via a rift, and then Lilithmon showed up, claimed that Aaren was Dynasmon, and then tossed us over to that arena to make us fight Barbamon."


"That clone thing was stupid... And frustrating..." Then he blinked, and looked at Aaren. "Wait... He's...?"


"Well, she called him 'Dynasmon'... I'm not sure what else she could mean by that. Or she could be just messing with us."

"Anything else?" He asked. "Because I thought I've heard Barbamon talking about Belphemon, King Drasil and the Royal Knights..."



"And... a Hermit?"

[Candescence]

"Remember how Daemon claimed that the Belphemon we fought was a clone? Well, it seems Barbamon made the clone, and made sure Kurata got it so Kurata's actions would make Yggdrasil try to destroy humanity, which resulted in the deaths of the Royal Knights, and Yggdrasil's... Destruction? Well, I'm not exactly sure what happened to him, he didn't exactly die...." Masaru noted. He looked at Kudamon. "As for the 'Hermit'... He was talking about one of the Royal Knights. I know more than a few legends... And I think he was talking about the 'Knight of the Empty Seat'. Well, I think that's what they call him... Barbamon wanted to get rid of Yggdrasil to prevent him from ever showing up."

[AnT]

"Oh that's it." he growled, marching off toward the Digital Dive room. "Gennai been talking about improving the Digital Barrier. I think it's high time to put it to the test, so we won't have this kind of trouble again."
