He immediately flew back, and threw his rod at them, boomerang-style. Keith roared, stabbing his blade into the angel once more... (Power) [dice=17] @angemongrey1@ (Speed) [dice=12] = OWNED The stab pierced the Angemon's heart, and it exploded into data particles, reforming into a Digi-Egg... The last Angemon went down at last, leaving behind another egg and another Angel Rod half. "VICTORY!" Keith grinned, pumping his arms up in the air. @kyubimonvac@ Vix smiled, as she devolved...  Back to her rookie form. "That was interesting!" "That explains why they were so hostile... They were special program guardians," Keith noted, approaching the piece dropped by the Angemon he fought... But then chains covered in static appeared around it. "Oh, this bull again?" Abraham roared as he downed his opponent. He shone and devolved himself.  "Hell yeah! Take that you fancy jerk!" he said, smirking.  "What in the name of..." he said, walking to the item and picking it up, "What in the world is this thing?" "Looks like a part of his staff..." said Abraham. Thad got the same screaming and visions, but it didn't seem to phase him as he grabbed the item and the chains buckled. "Let us get back then...wait, do any of us have the ability to make that sort of portal?" |

"They're not actually parts of the Angel Rod, they're fragments of item programs that replicate the Angel Rod. Someone created a whole bunch of unique item programs, split them up into parts, and embedded them into 'guardian' Digimon. Vix and I got a fragment of the GeoGrey Sword from a BlackGreymon earlier on. Those Angemon must've been created to guard the program fragments," Keith noted, as he scanned the rod parts with his Digi-Droid. "Okay, that's interesting, they're both the same part. You couldn't create a whole Angel Rod by trying to combine them." She blinked. "Seriously? That means there's more than one Angel Rod program out there... Maybe there's multiple copies of certain items." "I bet lower-level items are more common..." Keith mused. He scanned the component he had taken, "This is... A component of Dominimon's Final Excalibur. Wow." He put his items away, and started walking back to the shop, "Anyhow... Let's go back to the shop. Professor Daimon should be here soon to pick us up." She nodded, following him. |

"I'm Brett, you passed me on the way in. Keith knows me. I work for DATS," moaned Brett- though he did pull out a badge. Brick was buried in a pile of boxes, having been shot out awkwardly. "Indeed.
