Brett did the former, putting Brick on-  "HEY! Lemme outta here!" Brett let him out, looking sheepish. "That feels funny! Don't do that again..."  "Alright, noted." He walked over to the computer and held up his digivice... "Digi-port, open?" he asked tentatively... He and Brick were sucked right into a portal, surprising the hell out of him- Yeah, same. 'Scuse us, pardon us...The computer and portal opened up again as Brett and Brick came back through, followed by a well-dressed young man you hadn't seen before and a Dracomon. At least this time, they managed to not deck themselves on something.  "Alright, back safe. Nanami, I'm headed back out. Tell the bossman I'm on patrol again."  "I suppose I should accompany him," mused Thad, "Being alone at this point in time seems unwise." "Who said you could come along?" "The fact that you obviously need the help or your boss would not have volunteered this digivice so readily."  "I'd like to see the city while we wait to be able to do something!" "Brett, I need a new hat..." Thad smirked, sensing an opportunity. "I'll cover whatever expenses you need taken care of while you are here." Brett blinked. "How?" "My card." Thad pulled a business card from his wallet. Whatever it was, it was surprising. "No f*cking way." Thad flashed a large sheaf of $100 bills. "Way." "Err, alright, then." |

 He came out as well, narrowing avoiding dropping the eggs, and place them in the container. "Whew..."  Vix also arrived, putting the eggs she had in the container... And then she overheard what Thad and Brett were talking about, and smirked.  "Welcome back," Nanami nodded. Noticing Scarlette, he blinked, "Is that a Deus Ex cospla-" "WE'RE GOING CLOTHES SHOPPING, ON THE DOUBLE! Whoever wants to get new clothes, feel free to come with!" Vix declared with a grin, grabbing Thad and Keith's arms, and dragging them out. "What the-I NEVER ASKED FOR THIS!" Keith groaned, as he was dragged out of the building by his partner. She simply blinked, a tad bewildered. "Odd girl... Was the Adam Jensen quote really that necessary...?" |

She has no idea what Keith was talking about, but it did made her annoyed. Kids she can tolerate making jokes or quirks about her... condition, but a full grown adult or even a teen?
