 "Nah, I think I got it," chuckled Brett, "Thanks, though." He managed to finagle the motorcycle through the doors and into the DATS parking lot...though the tires left some grime on the nice floors. Brett came back in and moaned. "Where's a janitor's closet...I'll clean it up..." |

"Alright, give me a second..." Brett rifled through a bag that had been tossed through from his room. Inside was an aluminum baseball bat. A long, fat one. "Good. Now I've got something to work with," he chuckled, feeling it, tossing it up and down in one hand. This was the bat that had served him through high-school and into college. The thing was dinged to hell, but if it was still together, there wasn't much that was going to break it. "So I suppose we should get going. We splitting up or going together?" |
