[Candescence]

"Ah, there you are, Thoth," ENIAC2 smiled, as he handed over the data that he had been provided. "I believe you will have an absolute field day with this."

Thothmon took the SD card and did much as his father did and absorbed it.

"Oh my!" said Thoth, nearly flipping out, "New data! Astounding! Incredible!"


"There you go, setting him off again. Brother, please, calm down..."


"But these digi-eggs! The digivices! The dark towers! I have so many ideas! Oh my!"
He looked completely giddy- until he looked sullen.
"Unfortunately, I must do other things before I can help. The apprentice that you made me, Father, has gone missing..."


"So Daedalus is gone? That's not good."


"Yes, the poor lad. I sent him out to gather some information from the Fields of Serendipity on a new flower that was growing out there, but he hasn't returned, and he should have..."


"Can we help?" asked Brett.


"I think that would be a good idea."


"Indeed, I would appreciate it! I could work on your data while you rescued my apprentice!"
He then looked at Lex and Andorra.
"Hrm...your data reads differently..."

He bent over and touched both on the head.

"Hey, watch the hair-"

Several scrolling screens of data appeared around the digi-humans.

"...do?"

[kelik]

"What in..." He looked around the screens, rather surprised.

@reiner@ "Oh yeah, Thoth is really excited to meet you all."

"I had a feeling...hm?" He looked over at the two. "What's he doing?"

[Candescence]

"Yes, that would be a good idea," ENIAC2 mused. "And Thoth, please, calm down."

He looked at the others, "In any case, who wishes to go looking for Thoth's apprentice? And Kaz, I can send you straight to Hathormon's location right now, if you like."

[BlueLoneWolf]

"Father, I would not interrupt her, though. She is currently giving a concert. And you know her temper if she is interrupted while giving a show..."


"Oh, dear, no, do not interrupt Hathor," winced Thoth, "And my apologies, Father..."
He concentrated. "I would like to take both of you back to my University. I need to take a look at this data deeper."


"I'll go help with the Apprentice."


"I will, too!"


"ENIAC, I'll go with them, if you could put me in my usual tactical gear, please."


"But...Brett..."


"Hrm? Is there something import- Ooooooh you identify him as your boyfriend...."

She blushed.

"How..."


"It's right here in your data. Indeed, once he is done, he shall come back to the University."


"Err...excuse me...but would you know of someone that could help me with this weapon?" asked Thad.

Thothmon and Sobekmon stared at each other, then ENIAC, then Thad.


"Brother Horus."

[kelik]

"I'd like to see her as soon as possible, but if she's at a concert..."

"Concert?!" He pepped up. "I love music!"

He facepalmed. "Hey, Bit..."

"Alright then." He looked at Thoth.

[Candescence]

"Then I'll send him to the back of the audience," ENIAC2 smiled, opening up a portal. "I'll send her a mental note once she's done performing."

He then gave Maria the gear she requested, and then opened up another portal for Brett. "Another portal for you..."

And then he looked at Thad, "Yes... Horus should be able to help you with that."

Brett nodded and walked through after kissing Andorra- the Major took her things and quickly changed behind a barrier Thoth made for her, and she followed him, with Brick in tow.

Thoth made a portal for him and the two digihumans.

"Please, follow me! I shall contact you about my findings, Father!"
He walked through, Andorra looking longingly after Brett for a second, then following Thoth.


"I'll go grab Horus for him..." grunted Sobek, disappearing again.

Thad and Abraham merely worldlessly waited.

"Thanks." He nodded at the well dressed man.

@reiner@ "Take care, Kaz." He said.

"Sure, thanks..." He went through the portal.

He waved. "See you guys later!" He followed his partner in.

[Candescence]

Then, another figure emerged from the darkness, soon after...


"Father? What is it?"




He blinked, seeing Thad and Abraham. "Ah, more visitors, I see..."

"Alright, Father, everyone is where they should be. I'm going to to some working out in the Genesis City Gym."
He then disappeared.


"Err...my name is Thaddeus Wyatt, Horusmon. Abraham and I are here to ask for your aid."


"Yeah...Thad'd like your help with something..."

[Candescence]

"Hmm... What could you possibly need that would require my assistance? My time is-"

Then he saw the weapon Thad had. "What in the Digital World is that?"


"That, Horus, is an incomplete weapon that this young man is working on."


Beat.

"Go on..."

[BlueLoneWolf]

"I am unsure if I am going in the right direction, or you would have other suggestions..."


"We'd really like some help..."
Abraham frowned as his stomach rumbled. "And some food..."
He and Thad hadn't had dinner.

[Candescence]

"Hmm." He looked over the prototype... "I was not aware that humans had such technology... Where did you get it?"


"It is a long story... And not a pleasant one, I believe."

Thad took the time to explain all of it, at least, what he understood of it.


"...so I figured that I could reverse engineer it, but the superiors at DATS were... hesitant to use it."


"More like apoplectic."


"...Yes, that. I had no intention of using the biological experiments, simply using the weapon, but..."
He pushed the bridge on his glasses up again. "I am technically not a member of DATS, I signed no contract. I am not obligated to listen to them. However, this is not exactly my field of perfect expertise...so I would appreciate some help."
