His power is great enough to travel through dimensions. He gains his strength from the wrath of people, across the world, being the Demon Lord of Wrath. He wears a cloak to hide his dark presence from even angel beings. Though it dampens his might, he's still strong enough to hold off beings like Imperialdramon.
Evil Inferno (Flame Inferno): Attacks with extremely high-temperature hellfire that burns up the opponent without a trace.
Evil Flapping (Chaos Flare): Unleashes a blast of unholy energy.
Weaknesses:
Daemon is very arrogant. He's so confident in his power, that he'll just play around with his enemies, even if they on the verge of setting up a way to stop him. Also, being a Demon Lord, he's vulnerable to holy powers.

You would think he would have a monstrous, yet devilish behavior. But actually, he's quite passive and sarcastic, almost avoiding the clique villainous laugh. He treats the vile things he does as just a hobby. But, as true to his Wrath status, Daemon has an explosive temper when angered.

It is said that the birth of the Demon Lords came from a fallen angel that was once the hero of the Digital World. That so, Daemon was naturally evil. However, his data was formed after the defeat of Kurata, but despite the raw power he held, he learned that someone like Marcus was able to defeat Belphemon. So, he needed to bide his time. Daemon, throughout the years, been searching for the Demon Lord codes, in the digital dimensions, while trying to find the remains of Belphemon's. But his travels always been in the inconvenience of a legendary Tamer.
But he finally lost him for a year, settling in a different earth and Digital World. In order to succeed in his goal to destroy all dimensions, he needed to gain more power. So, after taking over a Digital World, he used some data of the Sins to create a Digi-Egg of terrible power at his castle. But he needed a Tamer to nurture it, especially seeing how powerful Zeromaru became under Taichi Yagami. That's where Neo Saiba came in; he knew a Tamer can raise his creation to be all powerful. Daemon also had intentions to invade the human world after taking over the Digital World, and destroy it. But Neo backstabbed Demon and had Arkadimon load the villain's data.
It would have seemed that Daemon was gone, but in reality, he intended Neo's treachery to occur so he could possess Arkadimon. By the time Neo had reformed, Arkadimon shattered and Daemon emerged, digivolving to this form after absorbing Arkadimon's data, but he was destroyed at the hands of Zeromaru as UlforceVeedramon Future Mode.
Daemon was gone...officially, but ZeedMillenniummon had other plans. He revived him, and gave him extra power, briefly; enough to destroy the V-Tamers world.
Though his extra power wore off, it left him residual power, matching his Super Mega form. Daemon continued through the cosmos to destroy more, but Ryo finally found him and kept foiling his plans.
Entering the DigiDestined/Savers world, he plans to destroy their world.
