Being the Demon Lord of Envy, he gains his strength through the envy and jealousy coursing through human souls. His natural territory, the Dark Ocean, is a representation of the deep-seated envy humanity has cooked up, and his presence there seeps out to influence anyone coming in contact with the dark waters; making them envious of all surrounding him. In addition, his power is even greater when he battles in his natural habitat, the ocean.
Cauda: Lashes his mighty twin-tails against the opposition
Rostrum: Surges energy through his powerful snout to crush his prey
Anima: Breathes out a hallucinatory, extremely destructive toxin that can be solidified as a beam
Weaknesses:
Being a Demon Lord, he's extremely susceptible to the holy forces of light. Due to this, he's known to flee from the sight of Angel Digimon, which seem to be the only kind of Digimon who can pierce his twisted influence.

From the sight of him, you'd assume that he were a mindless, brutal savage. The opposite of this is true, however; he is cold and viciously cunning; viewing humanity and the opposition he faces as little more than flies before his awe-inspiring might. Some may say, given his Envy status, that he actually envies humanity their mundane and carefree existence; if nothing else, he envies the power of those who claim superiority over him.

It is said that the birth of the Demon Lords came from a fallen angel that was once the hero of the Digital World. With that in mind, Leviamon was always of the evil sort. His data was actually the first to be materialized, centuries before the first human came in contact with the Digital World. For a brief time, his rampage across the Digital World caused untold destruction, but the emergence of holy, pure-hearted Angel Digimon drove him into hiding; protecting the Digital World from total annihilation.
However, Leviamon's deep-seated grudge and envy of the pure Angel Digimon led to him piercing a hole between dimensions, and settling in an unnatural world that existed between the Digital and human worlds. This place would, in time due to his influence and breach, become known as a vile area dubbed the Dark Ocean; supposedly the birthplace of all malice in the entire Digital World. Leviamon's breach actually forced several oceanic Digimon to be sucked into the twisted realm, and as he settled to slumber, the breach sealed shut and kept the Digimon from returning. Since then, Leviamon's mere presence has tainted the Dark Ocean beyond compare, along with its newfound denizens...

A brief look into the denizens of the Dark Ocean:
Dragomon, a creature nearly as old as Leviamon himself, acts as the ruler of the Dark Ocean while the Demon Lord slumbers. That said, his agenda is to himself and his subordinates only, as the Dark Ocean has corrupted their sense of belief into envy not only towards Leviamon, but to those more fortunate than themselves in not living for hundreds of years within the desolate Dark Ocean. To this end, he has searched the outer rims of the ocean to find a being possessing such a virtuous light that the Dark Ocean's boundaries would finally crack; intending to bond himself with this being to emerge from the Dark Ocean as a mighty god.
These creatures, whose data has long since been corrupted beyond recognition, serve as Dragomon's acolytes; worshipping him as the "Sinful Priest of the Depths". They are mindless, and serve one purpose only; fulfilling the commands of their master. They are capable of transforming themselves into any kind of aquatic Digimon on the Ultimate level or lower, with the major exception of Dragomon himself.
