Well, it would be kinda pointless to not have her in here as well, since she and Prometheus compliment each other well... And I need more villain chars so fights don't end up so one-sided...

Erina, in complete contrast to her brother, is relatively down-to-earth, polite, and seemingly quite sane, and doesn't quite share her brother's enjoyment of killing and violence. However, she's a soft-spoken girl, shy and insecure, always afraid that her own abilities might not be enough for the job. However, she will do what she needs to do, unless she is talked out of it by someone who is convincing enough.

She and her brother seem to have come out of nowhere as far as DATS is concerned, but her civilian identity apparently exists and has records. To boot, she has Digisoul, meaning she is indeed human... Or so it seems. The devices she uses in her combat outfit allow her to attack with ice and electricity, as well as levitate, filling her role as the 'spellcaster' of the pair.
