I was pondering wither or not I should do her... though there's already expys here, and this is a character Namco themselves brought to the Digimon mythos! So I had to give it a chance, right?
I just change a few things to fit our RP

Lili's father refuses to let her be violent and learn fighting, so her martial art skills are self-taught. Compared to other martial art masters, she lacks real speed and her moves takes time to execute because of it. She tries to maintain the sweet innocent look to make sure her father isn't catching on in her violent life. Unlike other fighters against digimon, she can't use digi-soul or bother with weapons, nor does her strength come from her avatar, she uses her own martial art skill.

Lili can act selfish and stuck up, but she's really can be sweet and gentle. She's very graceful, as shown in her movements. While she might be a posh, high class girl, she loves fighting. Though her father is against it, and she hates to disappoint him. Thus she pretends to meek around him or his company, which is hard when there are times when she's in danger. To get the fighting she wants, she goes around the world joining fighting tournaments and looking for trouble.

Lili is the daughter of a oil tycoon in Monaco. Such an important role, she was once attempted to be kidnapped when she was young, but was able to knock out her captors. This was the start of her love of fighting. Her father is against it, but Lili has been secretly training herself martial arts, called Monegasque-Gymnastic Street Fighting Style. With it, she goes around the world looking for tournaments and fights, going under nicknames, Kiyoshi being one of the most popular.
On her travels, she came to Osaka, where she found a thick-headed boy with a lack of skill defending his meek friend from some bullies. Lili helped them, and while she didn't think she'll she'll see him again... this became a constant thing during her stay in Japan to the point she started hanging with the boys. She always visits them when she comes to Japan, sometimes not even for a tournament. On her latest visit, the boys were trying to get involved with the Digimon Online craze. She wasn't much into the digimon thing, but she encountered a few around the world and fought them, getting a challenge. She agreed to enter the digital world with them looking for a fight. However, all the seats were taken... till Yuji got them a bootleg entry. While they entered the digital world, just like Kouta, Lili or now Kiyoshi, has no digimon.
Not that she scares, she now has a whole world of opponents.

If anyone here didn't know, this is Lili from the fighting game, Tekken. If the recent Re:Digitized PSP game, she's been crossover there. She does have digimoin there, a Numemon, Monzaemon and Lilithmon. Though Lilithmon would be tempting, I don't want to ruin whatever is plan for her... plus this would bring out Lili's Tekken origin, and Kiyoshi doesn't have a digimon from the manhua
