Oh, and I have another one!
If we're doing 02 and Tamers at the same time...
If we remember during 02, the Control Spires were up to weaken the Soverigns, I forget if it sealed them again or just their powers...
While in Tamers, we saw all four and they are essential to the plot, especially Zhuqiaomon
So either
1) The Deva arc starts after the Emperor falls and the control spires get destroy, restoring their powers
2) We use Digi's Digital Plane idea again, or the whole the other quadrants are other digital worlds, and the Control Spire only weakens them in the Eastern Hemisphere/Main Digital World
