Next to nothing is really known about this man; he doesn't seem to have a name or alias of any kind, and never makes any kind of public appearances. All that surrounds him is rumors and mystery; some say that he was an understudy of Professor Kurata, others say that he's been to the Digital World on his own before, and others still claim that he's not even real. Even so, the one fact people know about him is that he's employed by the Jousaki family...

His arrogance and ego is unrivaled, and as such, it'll take a higher figure of authority to keep him in check if he decides to battle. Also, his true strength lies in planning, which hampers his physical abilities somewhat.

Appearance:
History (Optional):
Once, he was Apocalymon, a Digimon created from the data of every single Digimon who perished within the realm of Azulongmon, without having managed to evolve. As such, his very existence was one of pain, envy and misery, and he longed for nothing more than to allow every single lifeform the "pleasure" of living a dark existence, as he had been forced into. Luckily, however, he had been sealed away, presumeably by the Four Sovereigns.
However, thanks to the Dark Masters, Digimon of his own creation, Apocalymon was freed, just in time to encounter the Digidestined; the same children who had been defeating the Dark Masters all this time. Before they could even hope to defeat him, he instantly de-Digivolved the Digimon to their most basic level, destroyed their Crests, and deleted both the Digimon and children.
However, the Digidestined realized that they didn't need their Crests to use the attributes they represented, seeing as they each represented each attribute the crests showed. Thus, they were able to return to their strongest level, and returned from the Data World, much to Apocalymon's surprise. After a grueling battle, Apocalymon decided to annihilate the entire Digital World with his final attack, which would turn his very being into an explosion on par with a supernova. Thankfully, the Digidestined contained Apocalymon within a field their Digivices created, allowing him to blow himself up, with no harm done.
Amazingly enough, however, the remnants of his data managed to reform in a completely different part of the Digital World, but he was considerably weakened. It didn't help that one of King Drasil's Royal Knights, Omnimon, had noticed the appearance of the Apocalymon so near his king's chambers. A brutal battle ensued between Omnimon and the de-Digivolved Mephistomon, but in the nick of time, Mephistomon managed to escape Omnimon before he could be destroyed.
Since then, there has been little trace of him; though shortly after the hiring of one Analogman into the Jousaki family, there have been excessive rumors of a dark sorcerer who conjures and takes part in all of Analogman's schemes. No one can say for sure, though, since few have actually seen the dark Digimon, and even fewer have lived to tell the tale.
