Weaknesses:
IceDevimon is not exactly the most durable Digimon around, and suffers in the physical department. In addition, heat and the holy powers that be can drive him away.

Sort of like a serial killer, IceDevimon takes great delight in witnessing the horrified expressions of his victims... yet he never shows it. Whether it's because he's just desensitized by the numerous killings he's commited, or if he's simply incapable of showing true excitement, no one can say. Nevertheless, he's unhinged, murderous, cruel and to the point; a mon to be feared.

History:
No one really knows where this demon came from, or how he came to be the kind of monster he is today, but he has been around for a while. In ages past, he was notorious for not only going around and aimlessly killing Digimon, but also absorbing their data; growing stronger and preventing the Digimon from ever reincarnating as a Digi-Egg. His killings grew fearsome, as did his power and very mention of his name.
Eventually, he was cornered by a powerful army of Digimon led by a powerful Digimon leader, and finally defeated. However, as it turned out, the immense power that he had gotten from absorbing so much data had rendered him effectively immortal, or at the very least incapable of being destroyed by normal means. Not even the Digimon leader seemed to be capable of tearing him apart, so he was instead thrown into the Dark Area; known to be a prison devoted only to the most notorious of the Digital World's enemies.
In time, however, the demonic being found a way to escape; fleeing the Dark Area and the realm this Digital leader once governed. He had grown weak from his many, many years of inactivity, and craved more power; power he knew could only be formed by bonding with a human... a 'partner', so to speak...
Anything else?
I couldn't help myself; I combined the Tamers IceDevimon with the Frontier version. Just don't expect him to talk like Christopher Walken. That'd just be silly.
