 She didn't need to be told twice; instantly, she spun around and began flying right backwards.   Both of them clutched to Birdramon with worried looks.

Of course, with the distance they had flown, getting back to where they had left Sora would take quite a while...

"...he's got several Digimon he's either forced or convinced to join him, with five Ultimate-leveled Digimon to worry about... one's Lord Triceramon, another's Lord Marine, a third one's Lord Vamdemon, a fourth one's MetalGreymon, and the fifth one's a Cherrymon. They were guarding the V-Tags to Daemon's castle, remember?" Tai winced, as memories did come back to him...  @marinedevimon@    ...memories of battles that Zero had to fight... @skullsatamon@   ...both against separate and combined foes... "...guh..." It was a lot to take in, and to get used to. |

...where they noticed Tai aiding Zero, who was still injured. "Tai!!" Joe called, as he waved towards the two of them. Blinking, Tai glanced up with wide eyes. "...guys? Why aren't you heading for the Digivice still?" "There's no time for that!" Birdramon cried out. "Sora's gone missing!" "Eh?" Zero blinked. "Wasn't she with you guys?" "She wanted to make sure that you guys weren't lost, so she decided to disembark and look for you." Gomamon noted. "You haven't seen her, have you?" "No, we haven't. Right, Taichi?" Zero hummed, as he glanced at Tai... ...whose expression grew increasingly panicked. ...they... didn't...!"Damn it!" All of a sudden, Tai began looking frantically around. "Where did they take her?!" "Uh?" Joe blinked at that sudden outburst. "Who took who?" "Daemon's forces!" Tai snapped as he looked back up at Birdramon. "They must've taken Sora!" |

"Zero's way too injured to be able to get to that village in any kind of decent time, so he needs to ride on Birdramon." Tai noted. "So you guys should ride on Garurumon to compensate." With a nod, Birdramon quickly landed. "Let's make this quick, then!" The two of them quickly hurried off. |

He stood up, holding up his Digivice. "OK... Gabumon!!" Nodding, he leapt off Birdramon... ...as his Digivice glowed... He climbed down off Birdramon's back. "What happened to Zero anyway, Tai?"  He landed on the ground. "Did you two ran into a fight against Daemon's forces?" |

"That's right." Tai nodded, as he helped Zero onto Birdramon's back, before climbing on himself. "This Etemon called Etemonkey showed up with an army of Greymon and Tyrannomon." "Oh, an army... guess that explains how he got so messed up." Gomamon mused, as he hopped onto Garurumon's back. "...oh, no... I took 'em all out in one shot." Zero noted with a laugh. "...huh?" "What really hurt Zero was this Ultimate-leveled Tyrannomon; MasterTyrannomon." Tai noted. "Zero managed to beat him, but he took one hell of a beating..." "Oh... it was nothing, Taichi." Zero laughed. "...hopefully, we can get him patched up while we're in that village." Birdramon mused as she glanced at Matt. "If Daemon's forces could weaken Zero that much, there's no telling how me, Garurumon and Ikkakumon would handle that kind of power..." |
