Due to the body of Yggdrasil being destroyed, Norun isn't as powerful as she once was, thus she depends on her 'council of angel', the Digi-Elves for some help. She might have great power in the digital world, they are decreased on earth and even more the further she is from technology.
Personality:
She isn't as cynical as her body, she sees a future between human and digimon, and would never want to take part in any violence. Unlike Yggdrasil, Norun shows emotion and acts more human than a computing program.

History:
Yggdrasil was the god of the digital world, a program who ruled the Royal Knights and watches over the world, and believe what it said would justified the means. When Kurata first invaded the digital world with his Gizumons, Yggdrasil was prepared to seek revenge on the humans, till Spencer made a deal with the digital deity.
So for over ten years, the god just watch... till Kurata acted up again, and caused a rift between the two worlds. Yggdrasil, taking over Spencer's body, had the Royal Knights attack Earth, fighting off the Digidestined and Data Squad. Eventually they managed to defeat Yggdrasil, who saw the unified powers of human and digimon... the program restored Spencer's life, and went to sleep as its body was destroyed...
While the body is no more, Yggdrasil's program still exist, and took the form of a young girl, calling itself Norun. This avatar of yggdrasil takes over the god duties, though doesn't like to make appearances for shame of her past. Especially as her powers aren't as powerful as they once were. She needs help from digital lifeforms known as Digi-Elves.
Don't be surprise I'm trying to bring these guys in!
These tiny digital creatures run through the System World, acting as helpers to the digital-deity. They are close to Ebonwumon, who they call father, and recently Norun, who seeks their help as her powers aren't what they used to be. Each one has their own name and individual quirks.
