(Chinook Winds: Using his wings, Daedalus makes a damaging gale that carries energy, whipping through his enemies. It's a move that attacks four times in one turn, but can only be used twice an engagement. The secondary effect is that the gale, if it connects, results in a loss of speed for the next turn for the opponent that make their attacks less effective in retaliation (ATK reduced by 3 for one turn if attack connects.)
