"How fragile are those drones? And how would you capture them?"


"They're fast. It'd take someone of Daedalus's speed trying to run them down. I sure can't, but I'm the slowest of all of us."


"It is possible that I could use my abilities to trap and neutralize them."


"And I assume there would be a frequency that we could jam in order to block her control of those drones."


"Don't know what it is, though."


"The scythe is an interesting weapon, but it has its flaws."


"You can't thrust at all with that thing. Someone with a poleax or halberd probably could counter it."

"Oh, I know that," Prometheus chuckled. "But... The lovely thing about having an energy blade..." Suddenly, the blade shifted into a curved spear-like blade, pointing forwards with the rest of the weapon, "It can change to suit my needs."


"I suppose an adaptive weapon is handy."


"Sadly, I wouldn't know about her drones, and what it would take to disable them..."


"Guess we gotta figure something out, then,"

"Seems that way. If only my beam saber can do the same."

Thad looked at Andorra, "Does it have a recall function?"


"No, no propulsion or anything to get it back to him if you separate it from him. He's okay to good at hand to hand, but his scythe is what makes him dangerous. And Erina, you should have some idea, we've tried it a few times in training. What'd be your best guess?"


"Sheesh. These two are really tanked up..."


"They were really to be the standard bearers. I was kind of the prototype, these two were his big achievement forward."


"Ouch..."

"Yeah, I guess knocking the scythe away COULD work in theory."


"I'm not sure. EMPs are uncertain, but Daedalus' psychic powers might work instead... Might also be possible to damage them outright."


"So there's a few possible options, but not all of them could work..."

"Well, talking only solves some of these issues. I suggest we get to practical applications," she said, getting up- brushing her tail under Bit's chin, "Right, Bit~?"

Brett chuckled.

"She's right. Let's get some training done."


"Slow at first so we can explain everything, then increase it to real speed later. And no true damage. Watch Prometheus's real personality in there."
