The previous night had gone with little in the way of problems. Everyone was able to get some sleep...
However, in the morning, waking up in Thad's apartment, Keith groaned, getting out of bed in the (relatively) morning, and stepping over to the balcony. He figured he could get some more sleep, it was like 6AM in the morning... "What's with the odd light this... Morning...?"
He looked up into the sky, and his eyes widened. Streaking across the sky, was a very, very small tear, plainly visible to the human eye, but it was nowhere near as large as the tear that had appeared five years ago. By comparison, it was merely an inch in width. He wouldn't be surprised if it actually WAS that thin.
"VIX! ASHE! We gotta go! As soon as we have breakfast and shower, that is..." Yeah, screw sleeping in, it seemed. Getting to the HQ as quickly as possible was necessary...
He rushed into the US DATS HQ around an hour later, panting, "Nanami?! What the hell is up with that thing in the sky?!"
"Is it gonna be like five years ago?!" She gasped, rushing over.
"Because the last thing we need is MORE problems..."

"Calm down, you guys," said Nanami's partner, sitting by her. "It's actually kinda benign."
"Indeed, due to the Emperor, a tear like this was inevitable," she said, tapping away at a computer. "A few more Digimon will come through, I imagine, but it's very much a run in the carpet as far as the damage to the dimensional barrier is concerned. As long as there isn't further damage, it is mostly inconsequential... Except for one thing. There are no more timelines, it seems. This seems to be an effect of any kind of dimensional tear, no matter how large."
"... Say what?"
@alraumon@
"The whole world and the Digital World is now stuck on one single timeline. Right now, it's morning here as well as everywhere else."
"Interesting," she remarked, coming in from another door.
"Wait, what're you doing here?!"
"Professor Daimon said he'd examine my Digisoul to see what was wrong with me... He's out right now, though."
