DATS Japan - Strength To Happen...?

Heading through the corridors of the Japanese division of DATS, he was heading to the big training room for one whole purpose...



"Davish, what are you doing...?" He asked from the D3.



"I had it..." He said. "After our near-death experiences with that golden-hair jerk and his Diaboromon, then today with that set up... I'm gonna show everyone I'm not gonna be taken lightly!"



"Shorry, Davis... that shong... I think it was a shong... from that Etemon was too strong for me to stop draining my energy ash Flamedramon..."



"It's not your fault... the others got their Digimon downgraded to Rookie too... apart from Gatomon... she's a Champion..."



"Right... sho... what are you...?"



"Let's not forget the trumph card we need, Veemon... DNA Digivolve! With it, not even those stinkin' Dark Spires will stop us! It won't negate it, like Armour Digivolve!"



"But, Davish... Flamedramon isn't DNA Digivolve material... I cannot DNA Digivolve with the other Digimon ash Flamedramon... Kudamon said only normal Champion-level Digimon can DNA Digivolve... non-Armour! If you want me to DNA Digivolve, I have to be a Champion-level Digimon!! And... I can't Digivolve yet..."



"I know! Which is why we're going to get you to Digivolve!!"



"...really?"



"Yeah, really!" He grinned. "Once you Digivolved, two major factors come in! One, we can use DNA Digivolve..."



"...and two?"



"I can totally get Kari to be my DNA buddy!! Just think!! You as a Champion Digimon that DNA Digivolves with Gatomon and I'll be with Kari!! Again and again and again and again!!"



"...your not gonna day dream, not looking where you're going and end up walking into a glassh window again, are you...?"



"Nah! I'm totally aware of my surroundings, dude!! Ah, here's the training room!"

He grabbed the doorknob, turned it and pushed it while walking...

(BAM!!!)



"...I think you need to open the door from the other way, Davish..."



"Nigh gnow nhat neow..." He said, face against the door...

[Candescence]

"Maybe you should've taken a moment to check, eh, mate? Ah, well, even the best of us do silly things like that sometimes."


Keith chuckled, as he walked over, as he was walking over from the conference room. "Sup, Davis?"


"What's this we heard about you getting Veemon to evolve?" Vix asked, with a smile, coming up next to her partner.


"Don't you already have Armor Evolution?" Ashe also asked, hands behind her neck.

"You guys can ask me another time!! You can ask Izzy or Sampson with the white scarf!"



"Achoo!"



"But, I'm busy!! Excuse me!!" He opened the door and charged in for a nice surprise...

...namely, a large sandbag that was rocketing right towards him!



"Watch out!"

He immediately got out of the way of the door. "INCOMING!"


The girls immediately moved out of the way, too.

And Davis was now against the wall with sandbag pressed in front of him...



He came out of the D3. "Davish!! You okay?!?"



The sandbag fall off, him twitching as he groaned. "...Y-Yeah... y-you know me, Veemon... n-no pain... n-no gain..."



"Well, you've got pain... what did you gain?"



"More pain..." He groaned, rubbing his face. "WHO'S THE JERK WHO THREW THIS AT ME?!?"

"...oops. Sorry."



And there stood Yoshi; surrounded by several other sandbags that had suffered her wrath, as she had broken into a hot sweat of fury. "You could've told me that you were coming in." As she wiped her brow, she glanced at Lalamon. "New bag!"



"Got it!" And Lalamon had already floated in to bring a new bag to her partner...



...which she immediately began punching and kicking furiously against.

[Candescence]

"WHOA! You go, girl!" Vix whistled, as she came in.


"Ah... You're Yoshino, aren't you?" Keith asked, as he came in with his partner.


She chuckled, glancing at Davis. "Ouch, that's gotta hurt."

"The hell's with all the commotion around here..."


"There's maybe only one person that I've seen train this hard that works out at this place..."

Sam, Aaren, and Goku arrived to do their own training.


"Sheesh, Yoshino, I heard it was bad what what got into you?" he asked, gulping a bit.


"Indeed..."


"Your insurance even cover that kind of personal damage to someone else?" asked Goku idly.

"I'm use to it!!" He snapped at the girl.



"Yeah! Hish pride alwaysh take a blow!"

(BAM!!)



"Ow!!"



He walked into the room, rubbing the pains off him. "Jeez!! What the heck are you doing to these sandbags?! Your killing them off!!"

"Stress relief." Yoshi huffed, as she kept attacking the sandbag viciously. "I need to get my mind off everything..."



"...best not to provoke her." Lalamon remarked, as she floated towards Yoshi with a bottle of water and a towel. "She's very irritable right now..."

[Candescence]

"Yeah... Best not get close to her for now, I guess," Keith winced, and looked at Sam, Aaren and Gokuwmon. "What the...? Who're you guys?"


"A Knightmon... Nice," Ashe whistled.


Then he eyes lit up, as she saw Goku. "OH MY GOSH! IT'S YOU! The legendary martial artist and the monkey king in the flesh!"


"Oh, hell, my partner's a fangirl..."

"Thanks for the warning, Lalamon," said Sam with a wince.
He then turned to Keith. "Err, Private Samuel McCall, US Army and DATS Japan. This is Aaren Fishcatcher, my partner."


"A pleasure to meet you."

Goku was amused by this.

"And who might you be?" he chuckled, stretching a bit, "Didn't realize I was so famous."

"Geez... what is she all upset about...?"



For some reason, he already knows... in fact, Yoshi showed her anger that time...



"Does the timing have to be important?"



"Very... if we wanna weaken Ken's enforcers a bit!"



"Enforcers...?"



"Yeah! Along with Mimi-brainwashed Mari, Ken has this blond-hair monster with a Keramon!"



"They can reach Mega!! He was willing to kill us!!"



"...this blond-hair monster... was his name...?"



"...Neon...?"



"...you're kidding me."



"...huh?"



That was literally all that was said before Yoshi recalled Lalamon and practically stormed off. Too much bad news in one day would do that to someone...



"...uh... is she going to be okay...?"



"...I... hope so..."



Something about that guy bothers her... but, what...? What did Kudamon say after Sampson and Kudamon saved them...?



"Wha...What about that Neon guy? You guys knew him...?"



"Sampson and I never met him personally, but we knew what he had done... Five years ago, Neon was a falling music star... however, he partnered himself with a Keramon and began to illegally hack into media and computers to broadcast his music... Marcus and Thomas were able to stop Keramon in his Champion form while Yoshino erased Neon's memories... to think, he'd return and officially become Keramon's partner..."



"You really think it's the same one...?" He asked.



"Yes... Keramon said it himself... he remembers...despite the fact he was reduced to a Digiegg as par DATS' policy on wild Digimon..."



Ah... now he remember... Yoshi dealt with Neon before... that explains it, but... there's still more questions to be asked...



"Veemon, this training room is too dangerous..." He said, opening a door. "This one will do! You and I will train alone!"



"Uh... okay..." And went through...



...as he followed and closed the door...

"...aaargh!" With a fierce yell, Yoshi suddenly thrust her palm into the sandbag with such force that it ruptured; sending it flying off against the wall.



"...oh dear..." Lalamon sighed, as she handed Yoshi the water bottle.



Snatching it, she chugged the chilling water down effortlessly.
