Yoshino would find Sam and Aaren resting at the side of a brook, Sam cleaning his face in the clear water. The two were still talking to each other, trying to find a way to improve.  "You still lag to the left a bit," muttered Sam to Aaren as he shook the water off his face, "Don't be so quick to drop your shoulder; learn to jab some more."  "You would be helped by learning how to use some form of weapon. No offense to your martial prowess, but having a blade at your side is preferable." "I'd rather have a firearm. I'm a MUCH better shot than I am a fighter." "Ah, yes, those things that you told me about. Indeed, I suppose if you could find one that would hurt digimon, that would be best for you, then..." |

Sam sighed and nodded, getting up. "Yeah, alright. I just don't need to get into that fight. We've got enough problems worrying about the fact that Goku is intent on whoopin' up on us for a bit." "We realize it is going to be hard to advance...but I have never fought anything close to that level of fighter...even when we faced the blonde ba...Thomas-" That came with a grimace- "And his...pet...Gaogamon...they were only our level at that same time...and neither of us could fight Barbamon..." "In other words, wow, we STINK. But we've got to get better..." Sam cracked his neck again. "Looks like it'll be time for another sparring match soon. Aaren did the same. "Indeed." |

You and Marcus probably should head back to earth where you can be of use to the effort...this is going to take a while and I'm not important enough to occupy the time of two of the best DATS members...I think Goku and Riza can manage us." |
