DoDDW: Thad's Lab- Preparations and Activations

"Then we'll have to make sure he doesn't discover us! We'll be as sneaky as possible!"

"Then you shouldn't be on this mission."

"WHAAAAAAAAAAAA?!?!?!!?!? Why noooooooot, brother?!"

"That's why..." Someone couldn't keep his mouth shut.

"No missions until the safety procedures are put in place, and that includes having our own functioning teleporter."

Thoth went over to the consoles and pulled up what they were working on and went to his lightspeed typing work.


"Blaze, you're going to be doing some of our more...destructive and overt missions," chuckled Wolfang, "Let Gavial and Tempest handle the sneaky stuff."


"We can't even get anywhere until we find someplace fixed."


"Sis, you have any idea where Kurata gets his stuff delivered or he buys it? No way he makes everything on his own."

[Candescence]

"I'm not actually sure. I never dared to ask... But much of his equipment is made via data manipulation techniques that were also used in DigiCity's creation, I figured."


"Now that is interesting..."

[kelik]

"Destruction? Hmhmhm, I think I can handle that..." He nodded. "Leave that part to me!"

"Good. And yeah, having a functional transporter would be ideal."

"Hm, is that so..."

"It'll keep him outta your feathers,"[/size] whispered Tiamat to Tempest, "I'm a bit more patient than you, I can handle him."[/size]


"Not altogether unexpected, but he had to get a hold of some sort of mockups...does he have ANYTHING on Earth that remains fixed, Pandora?" asked Andorra.

Thad simply kept working, other than:

"Sekhmet, can you please get me one of those crackers with cheese and turkey?"


"Well, we must devise some way to hurt him. How would you do it, Pandora?"

[Candescence]

"Not to my knowledge. Any facilities he has on Earth that he uses to my knowledge are with HYPNOS. Damaging either of their operations in the long-term would be difficult... I would have to give it some thought."


She chuckled, going to get them for Thad.

He looked over at Tiamat and nodded. "Thanks, I owe you."

"What are you talking about?"

"Nothing."

"I intend on collecting, make no mistake."[/size]


"At any rate...Nivala, should we bring in your brother? I suppose he might want to know what happened to you!"


"And you say there are eight Pseudoroids?" asked Wolfang, "Could you give us better descriptions and ideas of their capabilities."


"Thank you much, dear," said Thad with a smile back over his shoulder to Sekhmet.

Thoth kept typing.


"We shouldn't touch HYPNOS directly, though...it would be...imprudent," frowned Andorra, "They're government supported."


"I am declaring war on Kurata, not on the Japanese government..."

[Candescence]

"There is literally no evidence to support any claim that he is Kurata, that being said," she noted. "The Pseudomon... Hivolt, you've already encountered, the others..."


"Lurerre the Abysroid prefers fighting in water... As her name suggests, she's the lure on a much more massive fish-like beast that hides when not attacking. Flammole the Moleroid is a ranged attacker, has a scorched-earth policy when dealing with foes, literally. Fistleo the Predatoroid is mainly a melee battler, highly destructive as well. Hurricaune the Wolveroid is psychotic and can control the winds with her spinning blades. Purprill the Mandroid is not to be underestimated, but he is a bit of a goofball. Leganchor the Gelroid has limited movement, but hard to damage and can manipulate water. And Protectos the Goreroid is even more armored and will not hesitate to launch miniature nukes if it needs to."


"Minitature nukes?! Yikes!"


"Certainly not opponents to be underestimated."


She nodded, "Perhaps."

"That's....not very good." He started to sweat. Mini nukes is not very comforting.

"Ha! I don't care what they have in store for us! Come what may, I'll take anything that comes at us!"

"If you can handle him, then I'll certainly deliver." He chuckled, knowing he isn't even paying attention to them.

Wolfang growled.

"So much water. We might have to change bodies or tactics."


"Yeah," shivered Tiamat, "Blaze and I would suck against two of those..."


"We've got a LOT of circumstantial evidence...and I would think that he probably did a great job of mutilating himself, Pandora," shivered Andorra, "Heck, we might've done it to him and not remembered..."


"Well, anything miniature like that would have to be extremely low-yield," sighed Thad, "But...we shall worry about that as they come. Wolfang is right. This might precipitate the need for new bodies or a change of tactics."


"You said they are all ultimate level. I would think that would at least put us on equal level..."

[Candescence]

"Hmm? What evidence would that be?"


"Indeed, if they are equals to you... Well, we'll have to plan carefully."


"Account for their strengths and weakness, as well..."

[kelik]

"Hm...I do admit, water is a problem."

"I think I can handle that, but..."

"Yeah. There's still so much to account for. This won't be a walk in the park..."

Andorra explained all the evidence.

"It's all a matter of process of elimination," sighed Andorra, "But we couldn't ever tell, likely. Again, his body is likely now completely different...He might be the same person at the core, but his psychology and body might be completely different."


"We'll see...Thad, do I have authorization to start altering and designing new bodies?"


"Yes, yes, go on," nodded Thad, still working, "You and the others."


"Interesting..."


"Pandora, I'll need EVERYTHING you've got on them in order to expedite this."


"I believe I shall have a teleport jammer up within three hours of time in here," quipped Thoth.


"I shall run and call Hathor to bring Xerox..."
She darted away.

[Candescence]

"That being said, it might be best to not attract their attention at the moment," Erina noted. "Albert has tasked them with finding the Digimon Emperor. If we let them do that, we can kill two birds with one stone."


"Ooooh, not a bad plan~!"


"I can see the merits of letting our enemies fight each other..."
