"He probably isn't so bad off...it's only maybe been an hour or so out there since he left. This world, an hour outside is 17ish hours in here."


"I think I know of a trainer for you," said Thoth, smiling, "He is currently not busy with this...and you might be able to see something new...Alia, could you bring up Horus?"


"Hrm...an AI mole would be useful...I shall have to design that..."


"Oh, boy, now he's got ideas..."


"I should return to watching Gavial and Tiamat train."

"Yeah, I'm sure." He nodded.

She nodded, doing so...


"... Horus?"


"Another weaponsmaster, like myself," Sekhmet said.


"I think you'll do fine with him."

A new figure appeared on a screen...


"Hello?"


"Ah, Horus! I have a request for you! Two new visitors to this world that need training!"


The armored bird looked at Keith and Vix. "The new ones?"


"Yes, Keith Windslow and Vix."


"...hrm...I suppose I could spare a day or so. The Major's working on our organization at the moment."


"Indeed, then come on over."

A portal formed and Horus emerged.


"Hello, there."


"Alright. Tempest, come on. BLAZE! You're fighting Tempest!"

Thad was already at a computer working up his professional 'worm' AI.

"Whoa... Didn't picture you as an android... Hey there, I'm Keith Windslow, and this is my partner, Vix..."


"Hi."


"Keith here is a swordsman, and Mulan is a bit under the weather... Vix...?"


"I specialize in hand-to-hand combat and burning things."

Beat.

"What? I do."


"Heh..."


"Maybe Sobek or I could help you with that, Vix."

"Really?" He looked over.

"Am I?! Wonderful! Let's go then, brother! Have a bout like gentleman, shall we?"

"Sure thing..." He frowned...then again, it is a chance to kick his annoying butt.

"Then, come, Xbala. I shall take them back to DWCIB HQ. Sobek is...being Sobek."

Horus opened his own portal. Wolfang led the two robots out. Thad kept typing.

Andorra sighed.

"Well, now we're stuck again," said ANdorra, arms crossed, "At least in this lab I'm not worried about getting stuffed in some tank and brainwashed...Now there are four of us here...one with DATS...and one loony one free..."

"Yeah, I know... Hopefully, Metis will be fine at DATS US. Ivan and Nanami were keeping her company..."
